Refund policy

At LUUV, we take pride in the quality of our dainty jewellery. To maintain hygiene standards and provide the best prices, we follow a strict Prepaid Only & No-Return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • No General Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference once the order is delivered.

  • Damaged Items: Returns are only eligible if the product arrives physically damaged or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported to care@theluuv.in within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against transit damage and ensure a fair process, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • The video must show the unopened, sealed courier bag/box and the shipping label clearly.

  • The video must be one continuous shot with no cuts, pauses, or editing.

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video as you remove the item from its packaging.

  • Note: Claims without a valid, uninterrupted unboxing video and AI generated will be automatically declined.

3. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Email your unboxing video and order number to care@theluuv.in.

  • Step 2: Our team will review the footage within 48 hours.

  • Step 3: Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment or initiate an immediate replacement/refund.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Duration: After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
