Pricing and Payment Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. To maintain operational efficiency, LUUV operates strictly on a Prepaid-Only model. All payments must be completed at checkout via our secure payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping and Delivery We aim to process and ship all orders within a standard timeframe. While we strive for timely delivery, LUUV is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. LUUV is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
Returns and Refunds Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, LUUV follows a strict No-Return and No-Exchange policy. Refunds or replacements are only initiated for items that arrive damaged, provided a mandatory, uninterrupted unboxing video is submitted to care@theluuv.in within 24 hours of delivery.
