Thank you for choosing LUUV. We are committed to delivering your dainty jewelry safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates To keep our pricing transparent, we offer the following flat rates across India:

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹49 applies to all orders below ₹599.

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of ₹599 and above.
3. Domestic Delivery Timelines We ship across India. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or courier partner issues beyond our control.
4. Prepaid Only Model As part of our commitment to efficiency, LUUV operates on a Prepaid-Only model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid via our secure payment gateway before they are dispatched.
5. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are 100% accurate at the time of checkout. LUUV is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages returned to us due to address errors.
7. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video and contact us immediately at care@theluuv.in.
